Meet the owner

Sixolisile Yaphi is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and the Managing Director of Recolte Consulting (Pty) Ltd, a 100% black and female-owned consulting firm. With over a decade of experience in asset management, ESG consulting, and financial advisory, she has worked with both public and private sector clients, delivering strategic solutions in financial reporting, sustainability, and governance.

Sixolisile has led consulting initiatives for more than 20 clients across various industries, specialising in Annual Financial Statements (AFS), asset registers, ESG strategy development, and sustainability reporting. She has successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams—comprising engineers, accountants, GIS specialists, property valuers, and field assessors—on complex, large-scale projects.
